Managing Service Requests
The following guideline are for registered clients only. If you wish to register as a client, refer to the Client Registration Guide.
Publishing Service Requests
To publish a new service request:
- Click on the “Publish Service Requirement” button under the “Advisors” page.
- Click on the ”+ Publish Service Request” button.
- Fill out the form with the required information, including Title, Description, Contact Email, Associated Countries, Associated Industries, and Priority.
- Review the information and click “Submit” to publish your service request. The request will be first submitted to the platform administrators for review before being published.
Updating Service Requests
To update an existing service request:
- From the “Service Requests” section, locate the service request you wish to update.
- Click on “Update Information” next to the relevant service request.
- Modify the details in the form as needed.
- Click “Submit” to save the updates.
Deleting Service Requests
To delete a service request:
- In the “Service Requests” list, find the request you want to delete.
- Click on “Delete” next to the relevant service request.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the service request from the system.
Viewing Service Request Details
To view more details about a service request:
- Navigate to the list of your published service requests.
- Click on “View Detail” for the service request you are interested in.
- Review all the detailed information displayed in the service request detail view.
