Creating a Product

Access the Create Product Page

  • Navigate to the ‘Products’ tab in the main navigation menu.
  • Click on ‘Publish New Product’ to open the product creation form.

Fill Out the Product Details

  • Product Type: Choose the corresponding product type (such as Document) from the dropdown menu.
  • Retail Price: Enter the price of the document in cents/USD.
  • Associated Countries: Select the countries that the document pertains to.
  • Associated Services: Choose the services related to the document.
  • Title and Description: Provide a clear title and a detailed description of the document.
  • Click ‘Create Product’ to save the draft.

Product Types

The product type refers to the type of content that is being sold, such as documents, services, or software. The product content refers to the specific details and other information related to the product that only becomes available to a user after purchase. In case of a product of type document, the content is the files being sold, and in case of a software or SaaS product, the content may refer to the license key that grants access to the software.

To manage the content, navigate to the product detail page after creation and click on the ‘Product Content’ tab.

Product Operations

Publish a Product: Review all product details and files and click ‘Publish’ to submit the product for review. Once approved, it will be available to the public.

Unpublish a Product: To withdraw a product from the marketplace, go to the product detail page and select ‘Unpublish’. Confirm the action to remove the product from public view.

Update a Product: Navigate to the product detail page of the product you wish to update. Click and edit and make the necessary changes. Submit to save the modifications.

Delete a Product: If a product needs to be completely removed, go to the product detail page and click ‘Delete’. Confirm deletion to permanently remove the product.
